"An impressive looking property especially at night. The Concierge staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a good feel with lifts to both floors if required. The rooms are well appointed, modern and everything works well. The double shower was perfect. The spa is something else. It starts as you walk down the corridor giving you a feeling of calm with the music and smells. The staff are great, helpful and no silly rules. Once you enter the spa you experience the lovely layout and all the comfortable beds and loungers, almost spoilt for choice. The out door pool is one of the best i have experienced with two saunas a plunge pool and jacuzzi to compliment it all. Breakfast in the dinning room is very good. An excellent spread of fresh fruit, breads, cold counter and a good quality hot food. There is a chief who will make you anything to do with eggs. There are items they charge extra for which i couldn't understand. Ive never had to pay £7 for a bowl of porridge. Avocado on toast was more. They should look at scrapping them charges. We stayed at the hotel for a week but only dined in the restaurant (Charlies) on the first night. The portion sizes are simply to small. We came away still hungry. The prices even for a hotel make your eyes water. £19 for the smallest portion of cheese and biscuits i have ever had is not right. The quality and temperature of your coffee is dependent on who makes it. Still a quality hotel where would stay again "

"Not much could be improved upon at this beautiful, immaculate, well-organized B&B. Uta was delightful. The room & toilet were lovely, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. The view from our room (and even the toilet!) was one of the grand memories of our trip. Parking was in an enclosed area and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. You won't go wrong here!"

"From the booking description and the photos, it looked like a hot tub was included. It was not. Infact, we would have had no option for a hot tub as 2 were damaged and the others booked. Had we realised it wasn’t included, we wouldn’t have booked. The host explained on arrival that the deal on the gas BBQ disintegrated ‘last week’ the auto ignition on the job was burnt ‘last week’ and the glass plate to cover the job and allow surface space was smashed ‘last week’ so amenities were lacking. No light in compost loo-batteries missing. Wood provided for fire and matches/firelighters was great but that would be my only positive. The electricity (solar powered) that had we presumed been charging all day, gave us literally 15 mins of light in the hut then it cut out. Sheet provided for the sofa bed but no under sheet-was straight onto plastic “mattress” with buttons on it. Not great. Whole site not well lit. Would not recommend, would not go back. Hot tub misleading and host knew it! We were not the only unhappy customers on a site of 4 huts. 2 others unimpressed too! No nice little touches, extremely basic"
