The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, as were the team members in the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast itself was among the best we’ve ever enjoyed. "The apartment was not as advertised. As a platinum Expedia member I am disappointed this hotel was recommended to me. The elevators were very sketchy, no laundry was available, even though this was advertised. The doors to the ensuite, and other furniture were broken and not working. I wouldn’t recommend this place to family or friends wanting to visit."

"This was an incredible hotel, everything was brand new, and the staff were more than accommodating to our pets. They arrived with beds, bowls, and toys with treats. It’s an amazing family, friendly destination. Very close to the hustle and bustle of Chongqing, but just 30 minutes away and you feel like you’re in a mountain in paradise. "
