"Clean room, great staff"

"There was no hot tub like it said/showed. The rooms shower faucet squeezed a very high pitch noise that was horrible. Our alarm clock went off at 6am in the morning which woke us up and was not set by us. My parents who also had a room said their alarm clock also went off at 6am as well. When I mentioned to staff she just said she would let maintenance know. It’s frustrating when you pay that much for one night and you can’t get a decent sleep or peaceful shower. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly. I’m not sure though we would stay again. "

"The room hadn't even been swept, the room was beyond dusty, and the shower had mold in it. Then the hot tub was concreted in and no one told us about it being under construction. My kids were devastated, and the pool was freezing cold. Then the last straw was that the breakfast from all the pictures wasn't even real, in fact breakfast wasn't included at all. "

"Our room seemed to be an ADA accessible room (which we did not book and I hope that another guests wasn’t in need of this room). The overall cleanliness was not great. Bathroom mirror was filthy, counter tops and tables in room had remnants of dried liquids, dead bugs all over the top of the AC unit. No one came into our room the second day to clean so we had no towels. We called down for towels and none were delivered. We called again after waiting 30 minutes and we were told that they had no idea we needed towels and we would have to come get them ourselves. We would have just done that in the first place if we would have known. For the price we paid, it was just frustrating to not have a comfortable stay."

"The room looked like it has not been cleaned. It was very dirty. The heater/ac was dirty and smelled when turned on. The light by the sink did not work as well as the outlet near it. The toilet was not stable and moved. Lastly, the tv did not work and despite telling staff this twice nothing was done. "

"The air conditioning will definitely keep you cool. Shower curtain rail could use a replacement. Kept sliding in the middle allowing water to splash out. Nothing a towel or two wouldn't dry up."
