"I used a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel. The hotel staff helped me pay the driver by setting up a Chinese payment app on my phone. The hotel staff spoke English very well. They upgraded my room to a suite which was much appreciated. The suite was extremely spacious, well decorated and throughly clean. I was able to utilize the free shuttle bus back to the airport. "

"When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "

And the staffs in restaurant are quite helpful. I travel with my wifew and 10 month son, I ask for many help during breakfast, they meet all of my demands quickly. the bad one is the carpet is dirty and broken in the room(0925) and the baby bed is too small for my son to sleep,My son is big enough to stand, dangerous for him.
