"Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Carried our bags for us. Rooms were spacious which was good as our other hotels were quite small. Didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. It’s a bus ride of 20 minutes to get to the major shops. Busses don’t come often and do get packed very quickly. "

"The hotel is located in a convenience location and in a quiet neighborhood. We were far enough from all of the crowds but also close enough by walking distance. The room is pretty spacious for Japanese standard. We were also able to organized luggage transport service (Ta-Q-Bin) with Yamato transport that arrived at the hotel 1 day before our arrival. When we got to the hotel, the staff already brought our luggages to the room for us. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. "

"Clean, everything worked, hotel provided iron and table, hair dryer, tooth brush, razor, towels and even laundry detergent. Roomy with 2 toilets. Bed comfy, close to transportation 12 min to metro, would stay again. "
