"Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was great and appreciated the availability of both Western and Japanese breakfast. Would have appreciated an early check-in but understand that not always possible."
"This hotel was an amazing accommodation for our family of 4. The quad room was super comfy, the breakfast buffet was outstanding,. I would highly recommend this hotel. The traditional Onsen bath was also a unique experience."
"The staff was incredibly helpful. They communicated well in English and I needed help with taxis, making changing and using their phone to call a local shop.
The room was clean and my only downside is that to keep your room A/C on requires keeping your room key card in the slot after entering. As a single guest, I did not have a back up card. I was able to resolve this problem by using the breakfast cards given to me and use one in the slot.
Great laundry facilities. Was able to do an entire week’s worth of laundry in one load. 400¥ for the was and 100¥ for 30 minutes of drying time.
Great choice for a hotel!"
