Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "It was a bit tricky finding the entrance at first and had to go down a steep hill. There's a large parking space. The entire place looked really pretty. The room structure was unique. There is a balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains and a stream. You can have bbq at the balcony for extra fee. It would be great to visit in the summer and swim in the stream! There were a lot of spider webs between the trees. It's really eco-friendly. "

"Do not stay here on the off season if you don't have a car! There are no taxis around! The floor heat was never warm enough and it went off at night so we woke up to freezing weather. The bed heat pads were nice, but we ended up going to bed at 5pm to stay warm."

"First, I know minimal korean, and I am a vegetarian who don't eat onion garlic, but dairy products is fine. From Jamsil station Exit 5, walk till you see a signage says 7000 on one side, there will be a queue, and tell the driver you're going to Seorak Bus Terminal(1st Stop!) Try catch it at 1230pm (or even earlier for seats) to catch the shuttle bus(location to wait @ see 1st photo) to the village otherwise cabbing there is approx. 30,000 won.
