Elevators at the time we were there were slower than expected. Overall: Good Experience"

"The room we were assigned had no window and was very hot. The staff got us a fan, as the air conditioning is centrally controlled rather than adjustable by individual room, and they had it set too warm. We also experienced a minor issue with the toilet, but they attended to us promptly."
