“I accidentally made a double payment while extending my stay, but no one told me about it when I went to the lobby every morning to update my room key. By the time I found out, they said the payment had already been processed, so they can’t refund the DOUBLE CHARGE!!! Even at checkout, they just kept saying there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could at least give me some kind of promo or benefit for my next stay — they said they'd email me something, but I haven’t heard anything...

“Clean facilities and kind employees! Breakfast is yummy.”

The room was very big, clean and comfortable. During I stay there, all staff helped me to solve some unconveniences. ”

“The noise from the room next door was too loud. I don't think the room is well soundproofed. Other than that, I am quite satisfied with the hotel service.”
