"We were there during the three days of storm Kona so unfortunately all pool & BBQ facilities were closed. As well as access to the beach. Horrible trees down the landscaping cruise will definitely have their work cut out for them cleaning up but otherwise the grounds looked immaculate. We had a problem being locked out of our unit, as I left my cell phone inside, and it took almost 45 minutes on a Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. to get the access codes resent to my husband's phone."

Property is gorgeous. It's just perfect. A lot of things aren't worth the price these days, but I have to say this hotel is worth the money. 5 stars."
