"Checked in at 3 pm and settled in. At night,there were mosquitoes everywhere . They moved to another room, again mosquitoes, then to a third room, also mosquitoes and dirty. Horrible experience . They said all rooms fully booked . Came back to original room at 1 am and managed to sleep a little . I want a compensation from expedia since l booked through you guys. "

"My experience with the staff is excellent. They know their job and they are very friendly. So generally, my experience with the staff from the reception to the breakfast, gym etc was excellent. The only bad experience was the noise I experienced the first night, Saturday the 17th. There was a live band that played till a few minutes after 11pm and they stopped the live band but continued with other music until I called for my room to be changed that night but there was no room available. "The hotel is average in general, but it seriously needs some maintenance and updating to a more current look. Rooms are large and has all the usual. Strange though that there are no insect screens on the windows and there is hardly any place to work in the room. The service is good and friendly. The food in the restaurant is barely edible and I would definately give this a miss."
