“Overall experience was okay, my biggest concern or complaint was that there was no shower gel or lotion. I had to provide my own. Luckily there were nearby stores to buy those things. But I couldn’t believe the hotel was completely out. I thought it wasn’t in my room because staff forgot, only to go downstairs to be told there wasn’t any. I was offered shampoo. That’s something I’ve never used to shower. Other than that everything else was fine.”

“No gym. No pool. Hotel was decent in the middle of the ghetto. Area was not the best.”

“I stayed for two nights and they were good. Allison who worked at the front desk on arrival was very helpful and nice. The room was nice it had a microwave and mini fridge. The AC worked. The bed was comfortable and the pillow was bit flat and hard. The location is great if you’re heading to Tampa or Orlando. If you take the backroads behind the hotel it will lead you to plenty of restaurants and the mall.”

“The room itself smelled like stale smoke, HOWEVER, the view was amazing! We were assigned a room on the lake and it was so lovely. The lake was full of more birds than I had ever seen (egrets, ibises, heron, ducks). The front desk professional was nice and helpful. The room was large. For a cheap hotel, we got our money's worth. If not for the lake and birds, I would have probably thought that it was a kinda crappy hotel but cheap for the price. The stunning scenery made it 5 stars...

“Much better deal booking through Expedia rather than using AAA rate or Hilton Honors discount. Breakfast was not up to the high Hampton Inn standard coupled with the fact that beverages from the machine appeared to be somewhat suited.”

“The security cards failed all the time for the outside doors and worked 90 to 95 percent on the rooms. The breakfast was a joke! All they had was granola bars, packaged muffins and coffee. The bathroom door would not shut properly and the air conditioner vents woke us up when the AC shut off.”

“I went into the outdoor pool at appx 8AM and found two large pieces of fesis in the water the Hotel manager did absolutely nothing to assist and when a customer asked about the pool I informed them there was fesis in the pool the manager called the police and forced us off the property with my disability had to physically walk to side walk to wait for my daughter to pick me up aweful”

“Very clean room.Wonderful staff. Old fashion vending machines that worked really good. Pool was nice and cozy and the surroundings of the pool was very pristine 💖. The only thing I could say was wrong was a water pressure in the shower. And yes you're close by the road so you have to hear some noise.”
