"Really enjoyed my stay. Check in was very easy and the receptionist was lovely! The rooms were lovely. They were clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean with a nice shower. Added bonus, you can leave your luggage at the hotel after you check out which was fantastic for us. "Do not book the Classic Room, if you need an air-conditioner and/or usb and multiple plug options The hotel is being renovated. The new rooms are quite nice, with A/C, and a few usb/plug options. Location of hotel is very convenient."

"My fiancé and I only stayed here for one night, as our flight into Heathrow came in quite late, but we wanted to get a good nights rest before we started our journey once again in the morning. I would like to point out first and foremost that this is the only establishment we stayed in during our two weeks in the United Kingdom that actually had central air. Definitely a plus for the fiancé, as he likes sleeping in the cold air! When we checked in, we received a complementary upgrade, which was also quite lovely. All that was available for food offerings in their bar area was pizza, but it was probably the best barbecue chicken pizza we’ve ever eaten! Our room was very comfortable, we were even provided a little espresso machine for our morning drinks. If you’re looking to stay around Heathrow airport and not break the bank, I would absolutely recommend checking out the Leonardo! "
