โOur stay was great! There were 3 rooms of us who booked in order to be of close proximity to the Kentucky Exposition Center and Springhill was perfect! The staff, especially Laverne, who was at the desk when we checked in and every day afterwards. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Also, Jessica, who checked us out when we left, making sure our bill was 100% correct! In addition, she also came to our room the first day because our TV was not working. โThis is one of the cleanest, well-maintained hotels that I've ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The in-room fridge kept our drinks very cold, which was great considering how hot the weather was while we were there. It's located right across the street from the Kentucky Expo Center, which housed the venue we were attending.โ

โOverall was a great trip. Downfalls we experienced our room smelled like plant food but was clean. A little room air freshener then it was good. The plants made it feel homie. We had to pay for parking due to event we were unaware of prior to arriving. Loved the little kitchen it had in the room, sitting lounge area, and the coffee bar. We had walking distance to a lot of different attractions. Very friendly environment. Would stay again. โ
