"Old charm to the place. We were welcomed with a fresh baked cookie ,which was delicious and just made the whole chk in process stress free. The front desk was extremely helpful , especially Margot. Would definitely come bk to this hotel ."

We were only there for 2 nights but when house keeping came in they did not make our beds or empty the garbages just replaced towels and toilet paper, thought that was odd. Also the front desk staff is not overly pleasant or personable. But the hotel was great for what we needed."

"The worst part was the smell. It reeked of cigarettes and marajuana with cinnamon air freshener to attempt to cover it up. We were only there each night from 10pm until 6 am and that was our saving grace. The smoke detector was low battery chirping so it was removed and not replaced. The breakfast was not worth it. We usually love Comfort Inn and its our first choice. I may have to reevaluate that. It was however clean and housekeeping was wonderful coming in each day. "

"TV did not work in first room. Moved to a room which we were told was the only available space on the first floor. It smelled like a boys junior high school locker room. I’m guessing a guest with a pet or some flooding issue. Luckily I was armed with a travel Lysol spray that helped until we became nose blind to the damp musty aroma we encountered on walking in. The carpet even seemed damp. The A/C was pretty bad too. We’ve been staying at this location for many years when passing through Lexington. There are several options at this interchange which we will be trying in the future. Management did change our room however (should have settled for a bad TV). Also when I mentioned our disappointment upon check out we were told that new owners were going to totally remodel the hotel. Too late."

"The property was conveniently located off the interstate. There were good dining options within close proximity. Check in went very smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable with good Wi-Fi and television. We had a very good stay!"

"We have stayed at this location for the past few years while we attend the Kentucky three day event. It is super convenient off 75, with restaurants, shopping, and gas. It’s a quick 10 minute trip to the Kentucky horse park, which makes it a great place to stay."
