“Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Alternate entrances had trash bags from guests littered about. Mostly from food deliveries. Kind of gross. Other guests were loud throughout the evening (Stayed on a Sunday night). Could hear people in the hallways at all hours. I'm not gonna hold the guests conduct against this property. A major need is an upgrade to.the pillows on the bed. The ones in my room were as effective as a trash bag wrapped in linen. Overall, a good value with a few things...

“Not a 4 star hotel. Definitely was a hotel before and they're trying to make it appear better. carpet is old, wallpaper is peeling, room was ok, mattress was gross, stained. Bathroom small and had no vent fan. Its a hiliday inn with a different name. 2.5 starrs max. location is good, near airport and 28th street has anything you need. Must reiterate NOT a 4star hotel.”

“room was dirty, lightbulb in the bathroom didn't work, the caulk around the toilet was missing. the shower had wall paper peeling off. no holders for shampoo or anything overall experience was a 2/10 and I won't be going back and staying at that location.”

“청결하고 친절하고 부족한것 없이 정말 내집처럼 편안합니다. 조식도 맛있어요. 6박하고 시카고로 이동하려했는데 2박 더 추가했어요. 다운타운이나 홀랜드, 그랜드헤이븐 가기에도 좋고 주변에 쇼핑몰과 여러 마트들, 맛집이 모여있음에도 전혀 시끄럽지않아요. 위치가 정말 최고예요!!”

“This was a great place to stay for me. When I travel for work, I certainly do not need any of the bells and whistles. The hotel doesn't have much amenities (just a small fitness room and a couple of vending machines) but the room was well modernized and very clean. I got the impression they spent the money on what matters and that's the way I like it. I interacted with two different staff members throughout my stay and both were absolute pleasure to deal with. The location was great too. Close...

“Room had not been cleaned, dirty towels left on kitchen table, garbage in waste baskets . Toilet did not flush properly, ( they did have toilet plunger, thank goodness) smoke alarm was missing, exposed wires. Staff did come in to clean room, but did not warn about the toilet not flushing properly.”

“The entire hotel was filthy dirty. The hall way was filled with stinking smell. Floor of the room wasn't clean and so as bed (found someone's hair). Top it all, I got bit by fleas in the bed! ”
