โI went with family for a concert at Van Andel arena, everything was great. The room was awesome and the breakfast was good both mornings. Convenient to lots of little shops and the arena was right there. Will stay again if in townโ
โA great place to stay: down town Grand Rapids, easy access to the highways, and walking distance to several different restaurants and right beside the Gerald Ford Presidential Museum - rooms were excellent and the staff were very friendly from check in to check out - definitely a place to stayโ
โThe room was great and the staff at the front desk did a very good job. The rooms were not ready on time for quite a few people which caused quite a few unhappy people standing in the lobby. The front desk staff went out of their way to make it right.โ
โWe got checked in to our suite and the TV in the bdrm area did not work. We called the front desk and they did not have a TV on hand so they moved us to another room. That was the only issue. But handled very well. Plus they comped our parking. โ
โI was in there for 7 nights and the hotel is great! just one thing except that the room doesn't have minibar ; It makes me uncomfortable, but except that, everything is ok :)โ
โIt was a very pleasant well maintained property. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom is nice. They were able to switch us to a room with a bath with ease and quickness. I would stay here again.โ
โPerfect location - walked to dinner and our concert at GLC 20. Clean room, comfortable bed, very cute aesthetic. Loved the easy check in process not having to see someone at a desk & just getting a code for the door. Would definitely stay there again. โ
โFirst time in the grand rapids area. This hotel was to close everything. The free breakfast was also very good, good variety. Only minor complaint beds were a little soft and also the pillows. โ

โOnly one night for a work trip, but this little hotel is really charming and welcoming. Michel and the staff were super accommodating and helpful so Iโll definitely be staying here again.โ
