“This was a beautiful hotel! A great location for the concert venue! Excellent stafd”

“We stayed one night while enjoying ArtPrize. The hotel was conveniently located for all of the downtown area. We enjoyed the room - it was clean, quiet and well-appointed. We were impressed with the kitchen and the beds were really comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“We love visiting Grand Rapids. We reserved a room so our family could enjoy a day at Meijer Garden and another day at the zoo. The young man that checked us in was pleasant and told us about the light dinner and the next day’s breakfast. He was the highlight of our stay. The ‘dinner’ fare was passable, but limited choices. “So convenient to Meijers Gardens and loved Gravity Restaurant on the grounds of the hotel”

“lady working night shift, not nice or friendly at all.”

“Very cool hotel, clean, quaint. The room was cute and decorated very stylish. Good location for the event we were attending. Communicating with staff was easy and quick responses. Only downside: late in the evening another guest was singing in another room and we heard it in our bathroom? Kinda creeped us out. Luckily not for long.”

“Older building, but close to downtown & gets the job done.”

“The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable enough to sit in to visit with friends”
