“I want to love this hotel but every time I stay here the room isn’t ready at check in time. The front desk tells me they think the room is ready but can’t know for sure until housekeeping updates it in the system.”

“location to was good. The toilets are really low and the bathtubs are high in all the rooms. Elderly and people with leg problems may find this a problem especially when the hotel is full as it was during my visit. Breakfast was okay but it was the same every day we were there for 5 days. Carpet was ripped in room and wall plaque loose and not working”

“호텔에서 2틀간 정전으로 인해 몰 할 수가 없었네요 이에따른 보상 한마디도 없고.. 이건 어디다가 하소연을 해야할지 핳..”

“객실 깨끗. 주차 편리. ”

“It was a great place. Best choice in this area. ”

“The website said there was a charge for breakfast, but it was free. They also offered light appetizers and wine in the early evening. The room was beautiful and the neighborhood was a lot of fun. Most employees were kind and warm.”

“무선인터넷이 유료입니다. 옆방에서 나는 소리가 들려서 조금 아쉽습니다. 아침 조식(유료)는 가성비가 아주 좋습니다.”

“The mattresses should have been replaced a long time ago.We had several families staying there and they all said the same thing. Also to have to pay $5.00 for the same breakfast that I get at any other hotel for free is ridiculous. The elevator needed service which I had to tell the staff to do something about because it was making so much noise that we didn’t feel comfortable riding in it. I will not be staying at a Holiday Inn again if this is how your hotels are maintained”
