โExcellent!! But it was very hard to find the lobby for the valet. There was any guys to recognize it. We have to park in the garage and paid 18 dollars for 7 minutes.โ
โWhat a wonderful property and staff. The room was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. I can only say positive things about this hotel.โ
โLovely, European style hotel with great art, comfortable beds, and in a fun and upbeat location. A special thank you for wonderful service delivered to a road weary traveler.โ
โCastle Inn was very satisfying. When I made a reservation, they responded quickly to my questions about parking, and after checkout, they safely managed my luggage storage and parking. The location is very good for sightseeing, and the facilities were clean. Although it is not large, it is good value for money for a one-day stay, and the free parking is very attractive.โ
โThe hotel was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly. We had a room with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge from the window, so every morning I enjoyed checking the weather while looking at the Golden Gate Bridge. โStaying at Chateau Tivoli was like stepping into a beautifully preserved piece of history. This Victorian-era mansion offers a rare blend of elegance, charm, and warmth.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like honored guests in a private home. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the stately double parlor with wine and cheese, and the breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully presented.
Chateau Tivoli is a must-stay. We canโt wait to return!โ

There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which was very convenient. There's a restaurant called HomePlate right downstairs where you can have breakfast, which was very convenient to use.
The only downside was that the elevator was quite old and a bit scary - it made some noises! Other than that, we had such a comfortable stay that I would definitely want to visit this hotel again on my next trip. I highly recommend this hotel."
