“Older property that has been completely renovated on the inside. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location is great for visiting the landing.”

“Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. ”

“This hotel is really run down. The carpet needs to be replaced and the whole place smells pretty bad. The breakfast Friday morning tasted pretty bad, but Saturday morning was much better. It was close to Sliver Dollar City and that was nice.”

“The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. “It's an older building thats been nicely renovated. Can't do much with low ceilings though. Window units without a continuous fan option was the deal breaker. It was affordable, clean and comfortable enough for our one night stay. ”

“I initially was not looking forward to my stay here as I had booked online and after booking, I received a notification saying that the waterpark area was closed so within 24 hours, I tried to cancel my reservation. I tried three times and they would not refund it to me as a policy was no refunds. I will say, though I was treated amazingly my room was beautiful. It was very clean. We will definitely be coming back here to stay. ”

“We checked in on Tuesday April 7 th , it was very smooth and stress free Thanks to Tamara she was able to get us show tickets and get us into Dolly Stampede that very night! We have stayed here before and we would definitely choose this place again. They are able to get discounted show tickets which is amazing and the breakfast buffet is absolutely the best Ive ever had with so much variety and staff were so good and attentive.
