Only one pillow on each bed. Had to go to front desk and pay additional yen for one more pillowcase and pillow. Desk clerk kept asking “why” I needed extra pillow.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you opt out of every day cleaning, you recieve a 1000yen voucher to spend at the restaurant or gift shop, which was fun. There are free different flavor bath salts, and a self-serve bar and coffee mixing station. The room was huge, clean and has lots of bits to make you feel welcome and relaxed. We never heard any of our neighbors, and the bed & pillows were amazing. There were two ACs in the room, so yiu can keep the room cool or keep the balcony door open for warm sea air.
A bit of a shame that the pool closes at 6 (during the off season when we went), but that was the only downside.
