The door man was insisting on hold my car key, which I do not have due to having rented to e car and not given one, my phone was the access to the car, but when I offered to give him my phone, he refused. The check-in lady was quick but with a why-Bother face. The younger door man later on was very friendly and the even younger one next morning was also very attentive and helpful."

"The hotel shuttle service is very bad. I waited more than 40 min. The shuttle drove by without stopping at the terminal because it is full. There seems to be one shuttle in service. The shuttle service is outsourced to the parking company next to the hotel. Do not recommend this hotel if you need a shuttle pick up at the LAX airport."
