"I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room I received. I booked a 2 queen with a pull-out couch for 3 people and thought the room would feel cramped. The exact opposite was what I received. The room was very spacious and the pull out was a full couch, not just a love seat. The room also had a balcony where I sat and watched 2 bunnies hopping around in the forested area behind the hotel. Very peaceful! "Elevator was broken BUT I was alerted & told I could cancel my reservation w/o any penalty. I stayed anyway (a couple flights of stairs was good exercize). TV did not work properly in my initial room BUT was given a better room with a good TV. Staff did their best so I will use Canfield again next time I stay in Dbq. [I've stayed in Hiltons & Hyatt's that have also had 'things' break down. What's important is how staff responds!]"
