"We had a wonderful time, the staff, and property were all wonderful!"

"The towels in our room didn’t appear clean, which was concerning right away. We also booked expecting the advertised spring promotion with free parking, but that offer wasn’t honored during our stay. The overall condition of the property was very run down. The carpet in the walkways leading to the rooms is coming up from the floor and feels like a tripping hazard. Inside the room, everything felt outdated and poorly maintained—some of the wood flooring was coming apart and even patched with duct tape, which looked very unprofessional, especially for what was supposed to be one of their best room options."

"The room was terrible. Very small, dirty. Window overlooked dirty alley. The bathroom window didn’t fully close, which raised safety concerns for me. The bed was very uncomfortable. The only good things I can say are, the staff was nice, and it was a short walk to the beach. The charges at check in were also considerably higher than what was advertised on Expedia. I won’t stay here again. "

Beautiful property, large clean rooms, tasty free breakfast, amazing pool and so services. I had the best massage of my life. Right across from Victoria beach. I love this hotel and will definitely be back!"

"Hotel has just undergone a management transition. New front desk staff were very helpful. Rooms and grounds are all in good condition. I paid more for a deluxe king room and it was smaller (no couch) than the regular king room my friends got. But I was on the top floor with a bit of an ocean view. My room door was glass and one wall was all windows facing a common walkway. The room needs better lighting as it was fairly dark. Mattress and bedding were very comfortable. Towels were thick and water pressure and temperature were fine. Pool area was well maintained with plenty of towels. The hotel advertises as adults only but there were young children at the pool. "
