“바퀴벌레가 너무 많고, 침대시트도 더럽습니다. 화장실 샤워기 수압도 약하고 온수는 그럭저럭 나옵니다. 싱크대며,화장실이며, 침대밑 바퀴벌레들이 나옵니다. 4박동안 바퀴벌레를 잡다가 포기하고 숙소를 옮겻습니다. 다시는 이용하지 않을겁니다”

“I love staying here. It a cute clean cozy little condo. Ive been in philippines for 20 days so far. I booked it for a week. Went to another hotwk after my week. Didnt like the hotel an came right back here. This place was very convenient an safe. Id definitely recommended it to anyone. ”

“Great place and very affordable, Benji was super helpful and hospitable. Only cons is that the walls were not fully clean (not filthy by any means) and the freezer was clogged (needs defrosting). ”

“Room was booked for three people but only two towels were provided. No soap for the bathroom sink. Bath mat was extremely dirty. Not a sufficient amount of toilet paper provided. We had to go buy some from a nearby store. Room was very heavily perfumed on arrival. Great for a quick stay to get to and from the airport but wouldn’t spend more time at this property ”

“I hope the host or manager of this accommodation sees this. 1. I saw 5 cockroaches in 10 minutes. (table, kitchen, pillow) 2. My family escaped to the lobby at night. I tried to call the staff through security, but the staff did not answer the phone. 3. A phone call with security staff was eventually successful, but she told me to use spray in the room for cockroaches. 4. She said she would discuss it with her family and hung up first. 5. After waiting in the lobby for about 20 minutes, I...

“The room for three people is small and the attitude of the women who manage the swimming pool is very unpleasant.”

“This property is good only for two guest. This property has no dining table, microwave too high on the top of the fridge, no space to move around. Super tight for 5 guest. However the bathroom is good size and water pressure is great. Over all ok for max of 2 guest only. Not comfortable at all. ”

“Great condo right in the middle of Uptown. Easy access to lots of dining and shopping at both Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi Mall.”

“It's very hard to find parking in the area. The property parking is very limited and always full during the weekend.”

“매니저가 문의사항에 친절하게 응대해주어서 불편이 없이 잘 지내고 왔습니다. 입실 전 깨끗하게 세팅이 돼어 있었고 1박2일 머무르기에 이용할만한 기본 식기류 등이 잘 갖추어져 있어 불편없이 지내다 왔습니다. 만족합니다.”

“Property Guard not accomodating.”

“Paid parking. We were quoted higher than the posted parking price. Roaches in the room, and difficulty contacting the person in charge of our room. We refused to stay in the condition we found the room in, and were refused a refund. I absolutely will never go to this place again! Pool is closed Mondays as well. Worst experience ever.”

“I like the view at the veranda facing the swimming pool area. Unfortunately the unit itself is not quite orderly. The tile floor is broken, no microwave to use if you need to warm up your food , washer is also not usable coz they said it’s defective. The veranda door is also broken. Cleanliness of the room isn’t ideal, the rugs used looks dirty and the floor underneath the rug was dirty. The aircon isn’t working that well. Bedsheets and towels should at least be changed since we’ve stayed there...
