Everything was in bad shape, couch was unusable, sink faucet was broken, everything was cheap. Listening was a 1 bedroom but it was a studio, claimed was 800 sq feet but was only 500. The room was clean but very tired. The patio furniture wasn't in useable condition because of paint chips sticking to my skin.
