Upon arrival, the hotel was completely empty — no staff at the front desk, no note or key left for us, and no response to calls or texts. After waiting, we had no choice but to find and check ourselves into an unoccupied room. Additionally, none of the usual amenities were available: the restaurant and bar were not operating. The next morning, a staff member admitted they had “forgotten” to leave...
