โWe didnโt like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel weโve ever stayed...
โThere was a miss understanding with a double booking that it showed on the system and the lady in reception was able to fix it without extra charges. Very friendly staffโ
โThe hotel was great! The restaurant incredible food and great staff. All the hotel staff was so helpful, welcoming and polite! Loved the pool. Stay 5 nights. A big thank you to all the staff!โ
โClean and spacious room appreciated the design and practicality having a fridge and ample separate space for suitcases. Love the flooring. Felt more upscale for the price so good value. Only bleep was we Waited almost an hour for the airport shuttle at the airport. Walking from the airport is not as easy as a map would suggest. One can not walk across the airport parking but must go around. The pool is very small but fine. Happy with our stay thoughโ
โIt was the last hotel on a long road trip, and it was the worst. The first was that they gave us a tool room used by the housekeepers and the door kept slamming shut until 10 o'clock at night. It was really horrible for us as we were tired.
And the pillow smelled like a pile of smelly hair. It's been a few days since I stayed at this hotel, but I can still remember the smell. They need to level up the hotel a little more.โ
