“Fantastic hotel! Thank you”

“We loved the location staff was helpful however there are signs of wear and tear everywhere. Worn carpets, chunks of plaster missing pieces of wood off the doors missing and non working light bulbs in the room. I’m hoping it’s because it’s the end of a busy season and they plan on repairing everything in the winter. Restaurant was nice but seemed a little understaffed. Had to get up and go to the bar to get a refill of my wine after waiting and waiting. Food was good”

“Parking was a challenge when disabled and no one to ask for help however the staff were able to help once I was inside the building”

“The hotel's cosy room is great for a traveller to stay with finest bed and bath.”

“Excellent location, spotless room, staff very polite and friendly. Need training too slow. Breakfast very good. Unbeatable sea view”

“Terrible odor in hotel and room on arrival. Our window to harbor was adjacent to our neighbors room who could see right into our room if we kept window/door open . We checked in and left immediately. Very disappointing and hotel staff did not question why we were leaving after just checking in.”

“We have stayed all over Cornwall and this is without a doubt the best place we have stayed. It was quiet, relaxing and calm and the decor, calming music and room amenities made it a perfect setting for a relaxing break. The owners are helpful and pay great detail in making sure your stay is the best possible. We would definitely return”

“This is an old building, so expect quirky! My room had a sloping floor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Bathroom sparkling and modern. Breakfast hot and cold options.”
