"The place is pristine, food has a variety of choices , staff are accommodating, a shuttle going to the airport, few steps away from the grandeur beach and room cleaners are always updating us if we want the room to be cleaned and needs refill of bathroom essentials . Highly recommended."

"A great idea if you want to experience ba na hills without all the crowds. Go out at night after the last cable car leaves and see the village crowd free. Hit golden hour at the bridge for another crowd free experience there. The bridge gets so packed you can’t move during the day. The hotel itself was a bit dated in some areas. The bathroom we had, had a toilet in a stall that was even tight for me and I’m only 5’2”- so my 6’ tall husband could barely move in there. We couldn’t figure out the AC but luckily it was a chilly night when we went so we didn’t really need it, the ceiling fan was enough for us. Beds were a bit hard, but for only one night we made it work. Breakfast buffet was awesome! So many options to choose from. I wouldn’t do ba na hills in any other way personally."

"M Hotel is wonderful!! We stayed for 5 nights and loved it. We had an oceanview room without a bath on level 23. I was worried that the room might be quite small, but it really wasn’t! The layout is very well designed and we were very impressed. Air con works great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was amazing, as was the daily high tea. Great food and variety. The pools are fantastic! I used the gym twice - it’s basic but adequate. I do wish it had some fans in it though. Very hot! I would highly recommend M Hotel. We loved our stay here and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"Check in was fast with polite staff, we were given a cold refreshment on arrival. The room was as described and we were provided with duvet and pillows for the sofa bed. We had a great view! Room service was efficient and good portion size and good value for money. HOWEVER, the menu didn’t really suit our food requirements, it was nearly all breakfast items with lots of egg variations. Not typical room service menu, given the Marriott is a worldwide brand. The drinks are a little expensive, down to import costs maybe. Location is a very good, a short walk to Starbucks /Highlands coffee, Han market . Overall a good stay, the windows are sealed and there are no balconies. It’s very much a corporate hotel ."

"While the hotel is right on the beach, the extreme indoor humidity seriously affected our stay. Due to the dampness, there were visible signs of mold and a strong musty odor in the room. The bedding felt constantly damp and uncomfortable to sleep on. Severe mold issues like this can pose real health risks, especially for respiratory infections. I strongly urge management to address the ventilation and humidity control to improve room condition and guest safety."

"We stayed in a Premier Double room on the 11th floor, the staff were excellent to deal with, it's a great location across the road from the beach and central to all things beach wise. A few negatives from us were the room is quite small with very limited storage, the bathroom is a terrible design and the sink is outside the bathroom in the middle of the room, doesn't quite work. There is construction of another building directly beach front side of the hotel and the noise from there is an inconvenience as they work into the night unfotunately. We did try to upgrade to a better room but the hotel was fully booked, we did receive a complimentary spa session which was excellent, overall a few negatives but generally a nice hotel to stay at."
