Honestly the entire staff was so kind not just to us but I overhead them with all the guests and they were so kind and hospitable. Honestly the best experience hospitality wise I’ve had at a hotel. It has all the amenities at most hotels so for me the staff is what stood out. Highly recommend."

"We love the cleaned and large room with the beautiful view. Staffs are friendly, June, Chau, Phong, Thanh, and Thu are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great! Love the cold cuts, different type of cheeses, and fresh fruit juices. Happy hour was fun too! You can sit and chilled on the 28th floor for happy hour over looking the whole city and bay view. Highly recommended!"
