"Viewing the ocean from various angles was a truly unforgettable experience. Although located a bit far from the main beach area, it was well within walking distance to easily reach anywhere, and I personally enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. As expected of a major international hotel, guests came from all over the world, and the breakfast buffet was impressively diverse to accommodate different tastes. The staff responded immediately to any requests, and having multiple team members constantly on standby made everything exceptionally convenient. I particularly felt warmly welcomed by the personalized greeting on the TV screen displaying my and husband name upon arrival. Overall, the hotel had a youthful vibe. However, despite staying in an executive room, being located directly below the rooftop pool meant that poolside echoes resonated like Dolby Surround sound when the pool opened and closed, along with occasional noise from people talking. While the floor-to-ceiling windows were lovely, the gap between neighboring hotels was not wide enough; leaving the curtains open meant seeing into other rooms clearly—making me assume I was just as visible. I had hoped to view the city from the bathtub through the large window, but I ultimately had to close the blinds. Being a high-rise building, the elevators were fast, but felt claustrophobic, and the lack of a balcony meant I couldn't hear the ocean waves. Also, I was disappointed hotel lacks dedicated beach sunbeds and umbrellas."
