“제일 큰 빌라를 친구 4명이서 갔는데, 빌라 자체 시설은 훌륭하나. 프라이빗 풀은 바닷물과 섞여있는듯이 짠물이였으며, 2층 마스터룸에서는 샤워랑 욕조 세면대 전부 뜨거운물이 안나왔고. 청소시 환기를 했나 체크인했을때 빌라 내부 전체 및 각 방에 벌레가 엄청 많았으며, 제일 불편한점은 내선전화로 프론트랑 연결이 안되, 유선전화로 직접 전화하거나 잘로로 대화해야하고 프론트랑 직원 전체적으로 영어가 잘 안통함. 재 방문의사 없음”

they try blame us for broken the telephone desk… we don’t even knew what’s broken at the end they said it fixable .. so no charge .. ”

다만 조금 아쉬운 것은 주변에 정말 아무것도 없어요 노바월드 쪽도 마땅히 먹을게 없습니다 폐업한 곳도 많구요
메인 식당은 괜찮은데 풀 바가 메뉴가 적고 좀 아쉬워요
그리고 비치의자나 수건은 좀 더 청결 개선이 필요할 것 같습니다
그치만 평화롭고 소박하고 따스한 분위기 좋아하신다면 추천이에요”
“The bathroom was sparkling clean, with great water pressure. Towels and toiletries were provided in good condition. It’s a great spot for solo travelers or couples. Easy access to the city center without being too noisy. I felt safe and well taken care of.”
“The Hotel had already it‘s best days but they do a good job. I was the only guest so sure no breakfast buffet, got only a soup and juice. No fruits. And the beach is dirty, but that‘s everywhere the same: nobody is responsible to clean up. ”

Feeling frustrated and I tried to look for senior-level and 1 female supervisor (I guess) listened to my concerns and later sooner She took care of the issue, and thanks to her, I was eventually able to enjoy the Christmas dinner with my family. (I saw her was singing X mas songs in the Choir) "
