โThe property was a pleasant place with easy access to food and restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the internet connection was excellent, considering my cell phoneโs 5G features were limited. I would appreciate it if the bars and restaurants could stay open past 8 pm, as everything closes early, especially being in a remote area.

The owners of this resort are extremely lucky to have these staff are an amazing asset to the resort.โ
โWe loved our stay in Las Catalinas! We stayed in a beautiful three-level, two-bedroom home with incredible viewsโsunsets from the balcony were unforgettable. The town itself is incredibly charming and totally walkable. Everything is thoughtfully designed, and it feels both upscale and relaxed. The only thing missing was a great boulangerieโwhile there is one in town, it was often nearly empty. A full boulangerie with more variety would be the perfect addition to this otherwise fantastic...

โThis is a gem of a hotel. Beautiful, clean rooms, secure, gated parking, and steps from the beach and Tamarindo restaurants and shops. We loved it!โ
โLoved the food options. 2 different pools, one with a lot of activities and one more quiet. The staff was outstanding. Big shout out to Gina, our server in the Cafe and Alba our hostess. Drivers Heiner and Nelson made our transportation around the resort personable and enjoyable. We were treated as friends rather than guests. The head concierge Josue was attentive to our every need and the ultimate professional. โ
โWe had minor issues with AC being always on, and the thermostats not kicking in. There was also a clog in the AC unit and cause leaking from the ceiling.
The road to the resort needs work. There is a 10 minute stretch thatโs really nerve wracking if you are coming in for the first time when itโs dark, and you worry about the damage to the vehicle.
Other than that, itโs a great place and does deserve all the 5-stars. โ
