โlovely property, comfortable stay. Breakfast delicious and lovely setting. Rooms are tad dated but bed was super comfortable and very clean! Would return for sure! Parking easy! โ
โThe location was perfect for attending a game at the Bank of America stadium and within walking distance to lots of other areas downtown. Safe and clean, very spacious and the lobby smelled amazing. The only down side was only one elevator was working which made waiting a little longer and the cooling system is a bit dated without a numbered thermostat, only says cooler or warmer. Otherwise it was an awesome stay and we will book it again!! โ
โThe hotel had a great vibe - beautiful decor that reminded me of Argentina. They have incredible, helpful and professional staff with a strong customer-orientation. We really enjoyed our Malbec tasting and steak dinner at Mico. No question that I would stay here again when I visit Charlotte.โ
โThe hotel was clean staff was friendly nice restaurant also plenty of close by places that you could walk to to eat it's also right beside the convention center and there's a Whole Foods Market next door that has a nice salad bar with hot and cold food and little snacks that you can get if you don't want to buy anything in the restaurants in the hotel โ
