“The first room, there was a dog barking, couple rooms down, nobody was there with the dog and it was going crazy, so I had him put me up on the third floor. The room was pretty clean but had a smell to it. It’s just an older hotel that really needs a recon. The beds weren’t that good. I was a little disappointed for a Hilton property. There was a motorcycle convention and at 12 o’clock Friday night they were revving their engines in through the night, didn’t get any sleep, not the hotel’s fault,...

“Clean room with mini fridge and microwave. Close proximity to local stores and restaurants, good breakfast offered, and easy access to highway for additional travel.”

“This home is so beautiful. I will definitely be staying here again.”

“The property was lovely. It was very clean, elegant, and well appointed.”

“My only quarrel was that our room smelt like somebody had been eating in it when we walked in, but after inspection it was extremely clean. It was the perfect room for a family of five, two beds, and a couch that transferred into a bed. It was the most peaceful night and also shout out to the lady at reception who honored my request for a room downstairs, traveling with three kids is brutal sometimes, and if we can make it easier on other guests then we always try to do so”

“Nice place to stay”

“Staff and parking were very good.”

“The AC unit in the room was so loud it sounded like a jet taking off. The toilet wouldn’t flush and there was no night staff. I had to use the bathroom in the lobby. In general, not a lot of staff around”

“Our booking was canceled and we were not notified in advance. We were 4 hours away from home, small town, middle of the night and no other hotels were available. I was up for 27 hours straight and had to drive back because nothing else was available. They said the hotel was overbooked and we should have been notified as they knew this days in advance. Very unhappy ”

“Great stay”

“Clean room cool ac big bed no bugs”

“We will definitely stay here again. The 2BR suite allowed all four of us to have our privacy and made it feel more homey and comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic as I was even able to bake a cake! My only issue was the wifi was a little challenging to navigate, but I think that was more user error than anything. The kids liked the breakfast, we liked the privacy, the clean room, and the hotel staff were very helpful. We have been coming to this area twice a year for the past six years for...

“Mostly everything was clean - there was some food remnants in the airconditioner - which I don't think had been cleaned. Other than that, everything was good”
