The bathroom's door was not able to keep open. The shower area was very sleepery without the device to grab in case of a fal. The bathroom's shawer did not have floor anti-sleep. The room did not have toiletries, like shower cap, body lotion, shampoo, etc. Restaurant was working badly. 2 hours to have a simple hamburger The only thing that work well was the airport shuttle."

"The hotel is in good location (close to trams and buses). Many shopping options close by. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The room and beds are good. Only complaint is the shower door cannot be closed, so water is spilled on the floor."
