“We had a great stay at Casa Frida in Valle de Guadalupe. The location is excellent, with beautiful views of the valley and easy access to wineries, restaurants, and local attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and fun. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar. It gave us Vegas-style vibes without breaking the bank. The views were incredible, the drinks were good, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring...

“No hubo servicio de nada, vimos al recepcionista el día que llegamos y nada más. No hubo ningún intento de contacto, me acerqué a preguntar si tenían servicio en el restaurante y dijeron que sí pero no había nadie, luego pregunté si tenían una marca de whisky para tomar al lado del jacuzzi y nunca más supe de ellos me tuve que acercar a la recepción para que me hicieran señal con la mano de que no había. Servicio nulo! No cambiaron la sábanas nunca, no hubo ningún gesto de nada en la habitación....

“La propiedad estaba muy limpia por toda las áreas. La alberca y el jacuzzi se veían bien mantenidas y sin hojas en ellas. La recámara estaba muy limpia y tenían agua de cortesía con un mini bar disponible por si querías comprar algunas botanas o bebidas. El agua estaba calientita en la regadera y tanto el a/c como la calefacción funcionaron al 100%. El desayuno continental tenía fruta y pancakes. Compramos chilaquiles y estaban muy ricos. También la hora de check out fue muy razonable.”
