โLa atenciรณn fue muy buena, el servicio excelente. Podrรญan mejorar un poco las habitaciones, camas y ropa de cama. La alberca es diferente a la de la imagen. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento. โCozy house with traditional style, mixed with nature! One thing is that the beach/ocean is not as good as Cancun. To be more exact, way far behind. But one of the right places to extend to Tulum and Coba ruins as well as nearby amazing cenotes. โ

"AVA RESORT was truly massive and fantastic. The check-in lobby was so large that it couldn't be compared to any other hotel or resort, and the sea view through the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. I especially loved the hotel pool. Although I couldnโt use the extraction in the middle, I was able to enjoy activities in the pool with paddleboards and single paddle boats. There was a variety of restaurants and facilities, making the experience unique, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I booked through Hotels.com, and I was truly touched when they upgraded my room. I definitely want to visit again next time."
