"This is a charming hotel with clean, well-appointed rooms with air conditioning. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, with homemade tart every morning. They serve coffee and drinks from a small bar, and the drinks can be enjoyed in the garden or from the roof patio which has a view over Lido and the Venetian skyline. Breakfast can be eaten in the garden, which was lovely. We got take-out one evening and ate dinner on the roof, watching the sunset over San Marco. We found the location on Lido to be an interesting and charming area, with convenient access to Venice proper via vaporetto. We did not plan a beach visit on this trip, but would consider it in the future as the location of the hotel is not far from the beach. "
