“If you stay in the cottage the water is powered by a tank and therefore the hot water runs out and i therefore had to have a cold shower!!”

“Stayed with my wife for a one night break. The room itself was very nice and clean but unfortunately the bathroom/toilet had a rather unpleasant smell suggesting there were issues with the drains. It had been raining and the French window door had a poor seal at the bottom so the carpet there was wet. In the morning the hot water was only luke warm (we were told there was possibly a problem with the boiler and given an apology but nothing else). The bar lacked a nice seating area for hotel...

I had a view of Bamburgh Castle from my room, which was a 10 min walk to get to. Most definitely would stay again and highly recommend.”
