“Gorgeous hotel in beautiful Yorkshire. Our 3 day stay was wonderful. Large comfy rooms with huge bed. Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Garden was perfect to sit in, with a cosy summerhouse. Breakfast was stunning - local produce, even down to the apple juice produced from their own orchard. Honey and jams all very local too, as were the ingredients of the cooked breakfasts. Bar stocks local beers and spirits. Andrew and Lucinda are perfect hosts. ”

“A beautiful house, with a spacious and comfortable room - with a massive bath! (We paid extra for the room with a bath and we’re not disappointed.) It was wonderfully peaceful and felt so relaxing. The bed was very soft but we nevertheless slept really well because of the lovely atmosphere, quiet and airiness of the room. Friendly and professional staff. Nice breakfast - they accommodated me being veggie and asking for beans although it was not on the menu. Sadly brought fried rather than...

“빈대 때문에 이틀동안 잠도 못자고 항의했더니 호텔을 나가 달라고 해서 아침에 부랴부랴 짐 싸들고 방문회사까지 큰가방 들고 출근했네요.^^ 호텔 총지배인이 너무나도 당연하듯이 나가달라는 요청에 어이가 없었습니다.”

“Great location, quiet, value for money and hotel bed/mattress was comfortable, however it was on a spant, as in the top of the bed was sloping backwards which i guess is due to the age of the place. Staff friendly, bed comfy, but slight little things like paint on curtains, low pressure shower and sloping bed, but for the money it is honestly spot on”
