"Everything was great for the most part except the beds were a little too soft for my liking and the room didnt get as cold as i was hoping for. most hotel can put the the ac to 60/61 this one only went to 65 and still felt a little muggy for me and my hubby"

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again."

"My stay at resort Casino was quite pleasant. I went for a short day with my family for a weekend getaway. The rooms were tidy and clean, but outdated. The front desk was efficient and fast. We were on the second floor so didn’t have much of an ocean view. Resorts casino is conveniently close to the boardwalk. There is a strong smell of smoke that lingers throughout the hotel so be prepared for that. Overall, I’d recommend resort casino for a quick staycation."

"First of all the suite was clean and the bed was made. When we use the toilet, we notice there was no toilet paper anywhere. Call maids service and they said we’ll be up with the toilet paper. Waited over 20 minutes no one show up. Called back no answer. When finally got some one, I just told them to put it in the room since we arrive late and haven’t had dinner yet. After dinner. Came back to the suite and one roll of toilet paper was hanging on the door handle of the room. When for a shower and after shower, couldn’t find any towel, call maid service again and told them we don’t have any towel in the room. Waited 1/2 an hour and no one showed up. By that time I was pretty dry. I call maid service again. No answer. Try several time more. Still no answer so I try to call the front desk. No asnswer from front desk also. It’s around 9:40 pm and seems like no one is working at this hotel. I keep calling back and forth between maid service and front desk and very frustrated at this point. Finally some one showed up with some towels. Next morning around 7:30 am. The fire alarm went off and had an announcement saying leave the room and go down to the ground floor and do not use elevator. Everyone on our floor proceeded down the stairs and the fire exit at the ground floor was lock shut and cannot open. Then we went back up to 3 floor, we got into the lobby and talk to the desk, they don’t know about the fire alarm and just said go back up, the elevator works. Never come back again"

"Rooms with double beds were nice, clean and the HVAC worked great. Ice machines worked! Conveniently close to the boardwalk when you walk right out the front door. Parking isn’t free if you have a reservation. It’s was an additional $15 during my stay. I don’t know if this price fluctuates during the week or on weekends. My only complaint is the elevators. They’re slow and too few, for the amount of rooms and floors here. My room and view was great on the 18th floor, but I had to wait about 20-25 minutes for 1 of 4 elevators to get to me, each time I wanted to go somewhere. That’s a terrible wait time."
