“I do not recommend this resort. Thay indicated free shuttle service, they surprised us with 30USD in taxi fare. Our air conditioning went out one night and the staff seemed very upset that we bothered them to fix it. I tipped for the inconvience and was laughed at. We were moved rooms because they could not fix the AC.The room we were moved into was the same as ours but had coffee, a mini fridge, and a microwave. “Great staff, great food. The beach is beautiful and very peaceful and private. The bungalow rooms have small kitchenettes and very comfortable beds. Very quiet to sleep at night. Great reef to snorkel right off of the dock at this property. Included breakfast was excellent every day. Their restaurant also serves great lunches and dinners till 8pm. “The standard room I stayed in (H) was just okay. The room could have been a little cleaner (dust). The room seemed like one of the older ones on the first floor but the back deck was nice with the hammock. I stayed one night in G and the room was beautiful with a process bed and seemed like a newer room. The water was not exactly hot though. My only advice is the shake out the hammock before you get into it and spray it with bug spray or something natural like a citrus repellant. ”

There was no stress booking activities. You can do as much or as little as you want. Snorkeling even right off the resort is world class. Swimming with a baby dolphin unforgettable. “ARCA was great and cozy. The staff is amazing. The manager is even better, Probably beyond their control but a little less trees over the pool would make more appealing. But the food was delicious and the rooms were modern, chic and cozy. Love the aesthetics!”
