"The shuttle drop off location was very poorly, lit and little to no signage to direct guest to the lobby and then an additional to that explain explaining to guest that the lobby is not on the lower level, but it’s on the first level and that was a little confusing to figure out"

"Excellent stay at Loews Hotel, from the time I arrived the staff was exceptional. Check-in was smooth, the representative was very professional, warm, accommodating, and informative. I can’t say enough about how polite and welcoming the entire staff was. Everyone from the bellmen to housekeeping. The location was great with plenty of shops and places to eat a short walk away. Hollywood Boulevard is only a short block away as well and the mall is connected to the property. The hotel coffee bar offered a lot of goodies, but a little on the pricey side. I ventured out and tried the cheese pizza, unfortunately for me it was edible but not great. My only complaint was that the room had a musty smell. It appeared like the room hadn’t been used in a while not to mention there was no exhaust in the bathroom so showering was interesting. Overall it was an excellent stay, and I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to LA."
