“Nice big room with a very comfortable bed. Lovely and quiet, so had a great nights sleep. Handy for the nearby hospital. Very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend for a work trip.”

“Possibly the worst, dirtiest, run down hotel I've stayed in the last 20 years of travelling for work. Dirty doors & walls & peeling ceilings and woodwork in corridors.Peeling ceilings, stained walls (fluid marks etc.), and stained carpets in my room. Unmade bedding on the first night. “Beautiful hotel and staff”

“The Arms is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, in great shape, lovely staff and food and a nice room. The ONLY thing I would point out is that the tv channel options were limited and as my wife and I were fresh to the timezone it would have been nice to have some more channel choices when we couldn’t sleep.”

Open plan so couldn’t make it completely dark… luckily had my eye...

“Excellent all round food and accommodation”

“Room was lovely and clean and plenty or space. Staff on reception very helpful and nice. Only small downside was it would be good to put in the description that the parking area is tight and it was a bit of a struggle parking a larger car”

“Brilliant 👍 👏”

“Made very welcome and good parking the local buses stop outside which a nice bonus breakfast was excellent”

“Good underground free parking. Nice apartment. 2 comfy beds. Very clean. TVs in both bedrooms. Excellent for an overnight stay. Lots of takeaways to choose from nearby.”

“Very convenient for parents who send their children to hull university. The room very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is okay.”

“This is a budget hotel with no reception staff, limited bar opening times and located on a busy main road with much traffic noise.”

“It was a great stay”
