This hotel is in a great location. It’s close to Liverpool One, the Albert Docks and the bus terminal for public transportation. The rooms were clean and the staff were incredible, if you needed anything, they were there to help.

Helpful, friendly staff organised an early check-in and took our bags to the room. Room was large with huge king size bed (not two singles together) that was really comfortable. Only point would be the aircon didnt work too well.

The staff were very helpful. Aspects of the room were starting to look tiered especially the bathroom which had a few loose tiles on the floor. The one complaint is that bottle water was not refreshed in the room after the first night. Expected better given the current extreme weather.

We recently stayed at the Hilton ahead of going to the football. The hotel is in a convdnient location, which prompted me to book. We had a major issue with security and when we went to check into our room a couple were already im there. It transpired that their key had opened our room. This was very worrying. After a trip to the front desk, we were given a new key snd room but it left me feeling very unsettled. The mamager took this issue very seriously but the front desk staffI initially spoke to did not.

Room was spotless and super comfy - great views! My daughter was here for a gig and the venue was really convenient for that - I had food in the bar, staff were excellent and the pizza was outstanding- would highly recommend and would stay here again!
