"Killed a cockroach in my room as it crawled up the wall behind my nightstand …all towels were dirty, had to wait for receptionists to finish giggling/joking with 2 other coworkers behind a curtain prior to acknowledging me sitting at their desk for a few minutes. My thermostat was not working, the linens looked used, the elevator seems like it’s going to break soon, the breast was very basic but ok. "
