"This property was at all times full of kids who gathered around elevators and lobby area. There was mold on soap holder in shower, they put a queen sheet on a king bed that kept coming off. The breakfast coffee area was a huge inconvenience . "

"Was no heat (30s outside) Had to call could not take shower no hot water which took about an hour to repair They gave me an electric heater "

"The room temp was inconsistent and adjustments to the thermostat ineffective. The only big issue was the shower temperature. It was impossible to get a consistent water temp. And I mean varying from way too hot to cold."

"Breakfast and coffee were bad, we ate out daily. Everything is rundown and in need of refurbishment. Rooms are small, heat and cooling was fine. Beds were okay but not good. Location is good, close to subway and several good eateries. Staff were very nice and responsive. All said, we'd try somewhere else next time since we paid for breakfast we couldn't eat."
